Documents Data Entry & Retyping Specialist (Remote)___Open to new freelancers

I have a collection of documents that currently exist only as scanned PDFs and images. I need each one retyped into an editable Word file, but rather than recreating the exact look of the originals, I want a clean, modern layout that reads well on screen and prints neatly.

Accuracy is critical: every word, number, date, and name must match the source material, free of typos and formatting glitches. Where the original shows headings, sub-headings, tables, or bullet points, translate those elements into Word using standard styles so the file remains easy to update later.

You may use OCR as a starting point if it helps, but every page still needs manual proofreading so the final Word documents are 100 % accurate. Consistent fonts, margin settings, and spacing are expected across the entire set.

Deliverable
• One polished, editable .docx file for each source document, named to match the original filename.
