I’m ready to take my high-school athlete’s recruiting journey to the next level and need a specialist who can personally reach out to NCAA Division I football programs on our behalf. Your primary task is to craft and send well-researched, individualized emails that include three essential elements in one clear, concise message: the player’s position, graduation year, and other basic details; a working link to the highlight reel with key game statistics; and current academic information plus test scores.
I will provide raw film, verified stats, transcripts, and contact information for the athlete. You will refine the content, identify the most relevant head coaches, recruiting coordinators, and position coaches across Division I, and track every interaction in a shared spreadsheet so we can see who has opened, replied, or requested more information.
Success looks like a professional, on-brand outreach sequence delivered to an agreed-upon list of programs, complete with a status log of all messages sent and any coach responses. If you’ve previously navigated the nuances of NCAA compliance, even better, but the crucial skill is persuasive, polite communication that grabs coaches’ attention without feeling spammy. I’m ready to get started as soon as you are.
