Digitize Product Inventory Spreadsheets

I have a collection of paper and image-based inventory sheets that need to be turned into a single, well-structured spreadsheet. Every product name, SKU, description, quantity, price—and any extra notes written on the page—must be keyed into Google Sheets (or Excel if you prefer and can later convert). Accuracy is critical because I will be using this file for re-ordering and stock valuation.

Once the raw data is entered, I’d like the sheet cleaned and standardised: consistent capitalisation, no stray spaces, duplicates removed, and columns placed in a logical order. After that, please build a few quick summaries for me: total number of SKUs, overall item count, current stock value, plus simple category or supplier subtotals. Basic functions such as SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT, MIN, MAX, and IF will cover what I need.

Deliverables:
• A fully populated and cleaned spreadsheet in Google Sheets
• Summary rows or a separate tab showing the requested totals
• A short comment section listing any unreadable entries or assumptions you had to make
