Develop Entrepreneurial Success Mindset Test

I need a behavioural scientist with a strong psychometrics background to create a concise, research-based assessment that reveals how strongly one individual embodies an entrepreneurial mindset and, most importantly, whether that mindset signals genuine potential for future success.

Here is what the engagement should produce:
• A bank of well-crafted items (preferably Likert-scale) targeting core entrepreneurial dimensions such as opportunity recognition, calculated risk tolerance, persistence, resourcefulness and adaptive leadership.
• A scoring model with clear cut-offs, weighted factors and an interpretation guide that explains what each score range means for real-world entrepreneurial performance.
• A brief technical note describing the validation approach you will use (e.g., pilot sampling, Cronbach’s alpha for internal consistency, factor analysis).
• A short user manual I can hand to coaches or hiring managers so they can administer, score and discuss results confidently.

Please base the instrument on current behavioural science literature rather than generic personality templates, keep the language approachable for non-specialists, and design it so it can be completed in under 15 minutes.
