I need a technician who can quickly pinpoint and fix hardware or software problems on both desktop and laptop machines, then upgrade components where it makes sense for performance or longevity. Typical issues range from failed hard drives, RAM faults, and motherboard tests to stubborn driver conflicts, application errors, and operating-system glitches.
Although most of my day-to-day workload is desktop support, a solid grasp of small-office networking (Wi-Fi routers, switches, network printers) and basic mail configuration (IMAP / POP3) will let you slot into my environment with minimal hand-holding.
When you reply, focus on the experience you have with:
• Hardware diagnostics and repair tools
• Software troubleshooting techniques on Windows or macOS
• Component upgrades (SSD migrations, GPU or RAM swaps, BIOS updates)
Clear, step-by-step reporting and a realistic turnaround estimate for each task are essential. If this sounds like your wheelhouse, let’s talk.
