Online SEL/EQ Internship Coaching Position

THE ROLE
Grace Education — a Paris-based institute founded in 2013 — supports its audiences across admissions, career and well-being, with a holistic, all-in-one approach built for the long run: middle and high schoolers, university students, young professionals.

We are now integrating social-emotional learning (SEL) and emotional intelligence (EQ) at the heart of this journey — and opening this role to build that brand-new pillar with us. A first engagement may start as early as November 1, 2026: online SEL support for a student in our CPA exam-prep program.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Fully online (video), several hours per week, within the team, supporting our admissions & career coaches and under the coordination of a referring coach:

- Design and facilitate SEL/EQ workshops (one-to-one and group), tailored to our audiences: middle/high schoolers, university students, young professionals;
- Provide one-to-one coaching: self-awareness, emotion management, relationships, confidence, direction;
- Build reusable SEL/EQ tools and resources (exercises, worksheets, frameworks);
- Ensure progress tracking for every participant (frameworks, session notes, regular reporting to the referring coach);
- Help spread EQ culture across Grace programs (group workshops, content, events).

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1-3 years of experience in education, coaching, educational facilitation, HR or psychosocial skills development (or a close field);
- Certification obtained or in progress: EQ Practitioner (EQPC) and/or SEL Certification Specialist — either one, ideally both. Our central criterion: this is exactly the talent pool we are reaching out to;
- Bilingual French/English, spoken and written;
- Genuine affinity with teenagers and young adults;
- Rigor, reliability and a taste for structured reporting to a referring coach;
- Comfortable with a fully remote setup (video calls, collaborative tools);
- Excitement about building a new pillar within a human-scale organization.

CONDITIONS
- Internship of 3 or 6 months — two tracks depending on experience: paid or unpaid;
- Several positions available;

PROFILE — active certification(s) among:
- ICF PCC/MCC (leadership);
- CCE — Board Certified Coach (BCC Psychology);
- NASM — Behavior Change Specialist (well-being).

FRAMEWORK & ETHICS
- Strictly non-clinical practice: upon signs of deep psychological distress or major trauma (especially among minors), the coach stops immediately and triggers the internal escalation protocol to a licensed clinical psychologist;
- Parental consent + legal guardian signature strictly required for students aged 12-17;
- Independent status: freedom of organization, non-exclusive, direct invoicing.
