# React / Capacitor / Supabase / OpenAI Developer Needed — Two Existing AI Voice Apps

### Project Description

I am an independent developer of small educational and community-service applications. I have two existing applications that need technical assistance to complete their OpenAI voice integration and deployment.

**Project 1: Neela Speak 2.0**

An AI-powered English-speaking practice application designed to help learners improve conversational confidence through natural, patient, nonjudgmental voice interactions.

**Project 2: Chechi English Coach for Nurses 2.0**

An AI-powered English coaching application for nursing students and professionals preparing for IELTS, OET, and workplace communication.

Both applications have existing source-code packages with preliminary OpenAI Realtime voice integration. The code was developed and revised with AI assistance but has not yet been fully built, deployed, or verified in live operation.

**I am not looking for new applications or complete redesigns.**

### Scope of Work

The selected developer will be asked to:

1. **Review and troubleshoot the source code**
- Examine both existing React/TypeScript application packages.
- Install dependencies, verify builds and fix errors preventing the initial deployment.
- Identify any incomplete or incompatible OpenAI Realtime integration code.

2. **Set up GitHub**
- Organize the two projects in separate private GitHub repositories owned by me.
- Commit the updated source code and provide basic README/setup instructions.
- Keep secrets and environment files out of the repositories.

3. **Configure the backend**
- Use our existing Supabase infrastructure where appropriate.
- Configure secure authentication and backend endpoints for OpenAI Realtime sessions.
- Ensure permanent OpenAI API keys are stored securely on the server, never in client code.
- Review any required database tables, access permissions and Row Level Security policies.
- Avoid changing existing production databases unless specifically approved.

4. **Deploy to Vercel**
- Deploy development/test versions of both applications.
- Configure environment variables and backend connections.
- Verify that the applications load and communicate with the required services.

5. **Make OpenAI voice conversation work**
- Connect each application to its appropriate OpenAI API project.
- Test microphone input, voice output and basic two-way conversations.
- Confirm that a learner can hold one working live conversation in each application.
- Add basic safeguards against unauthorized API usage and excessive costs.

6. **Test and document**
- Fix integration problems discovered during testing.
- Provide working development URLs.
- Document deployment settings, known limitations and any remaining tasks.
- Provide a brief demonstration of both voice features.

### Required Deliverables

- Two private GitHub repositories under my ownership
- Two working Vercel development deployments
- Secure OpenAI API session integration
- One demonstrated live voice conversation in each application
- Basic Supabase/backend configuration
- Source-code handover and short setup documentation
- A written list of any unresolved issues

### Budget and Milestones

My maximum initial budget is **$200 total for both projects**.

Please quote a fixed price for the following milestones:

**Milestone 1 — $50:** Review both projects, check builds and provide a written list of required fixes.

**Milestone 2 — $75:** Complete the Neela Speak 2.0 development deployment and demonstrate one working OpenAI voice conversation.

**Milestone 3 — $75:** Complete the Chechi English Coach 2.0 development deployment and demonstrate one working OpenAI voice conversation.

The milestone amounts are suggested allocations and may be adjusted by agreement before work begins. Payment will be released after the corresponding deliverables are demonstrated and accepted.

If the complete scope is not achievable within $200, please clearly state what you can deliver within this budget before starting.

### Important Conditions

- No complete application rebuild.
- No changes to the existing production applications without approval.
- No unnecessary paid hosting services or subscriptions.
- All GitHub repositories, hosting accounts, source code and API projects must remain under my ownership.
- API credentials must be entered through secure configuration, not shared in messages or committed to GitHub.
- Any additional work requires prior approval and a separate quote.
- Android/iOS production builds and app-store submissions are **not included in this initial contract**.

### When Applying

Please provide:

1. Your experience with OpenAI Realtime API and Supabase.
2. Examples of React/Capacitor applications you have deployed.
3. Your fixed-price proposal and estimated delivery time.
4. Whether you can complete both projects within $200.
5. Any technical limitations or dependencies you anticipate.

I prefer a practical, cooperative developer who communicates clearly and respects a limited budget.

**The immediate goal is two working web-based AI voice demonstrations, not full commercial app launches.**
