Deploy Cross-Platform Mobile App

I have a finished mobile application that now needs to make the jump from source code to the live stores on both iOS and Android. I would like someone with a computer-science background who is already comfortable navigating the full deployment pipeline—certificate provisioning, store compliance checks, build signing, and publish approvals.

Here is what I expect:
• A clean, repeatable build that passes Apple App Store and Google Play review.
• Any necessary configuration files or scripts checked back into the repository with clear, inline comments.
• A short hand-over call or screen-share at the end so I understand the release steps and can replicate them for future versions.
