I have an encrypted iPhone 14 Pro backup made on 18 June 2026. Roughly 171,773 payload files—about 68 GB—are still intact, but a second “Back Up Now” on 25 June replaced Manifest.db and its per-file key records.

The drive has already been imaged and examined; no earlier key material surfaced. What I still hold is the full payload folder, the backup password, the surviving keybag/metadata generated on 25 June, and the forensic image of the SSD.

Your task is to devise and execute a method that recreates or otherwise derives the missing 18 June encryption keys so the original data can be decrypted. I am not interested in additional file-carving or generic database rebuilding—I need the actual cryptographic link restored.

Acceptance criteria
• All payload files open correctly after decryption, with verifiable integrity hashes.
• You supply either the decrypted data or a repeatable tool/script so I can decrypt locally.
• A concise technical report outlines the methodology for future chain-of-custody review.

This work clearly calls for an iOS backup specialist with deep knowledge of Apple backup keybags, Manifest.db structure, and AES key-wrapping. Familiarity with tools such as libimobiledevice, iOS-backup-decryptor, Python/OpenSSL, and APFS forensic workflows will help.

I will provide secure access to the payload set, the known password, the current manifest/keybag files, and the raw disk image. Timeline is flexible; please outline your proposed approach and any comparable recoveries you have completed.
