Decision-Ready Analytics Dashboard Automation

I have a collection of operational data arriving daily as CSV and Excel files. The task is to turn those raw tables into a single, reliable data model, surface the right KPIs on an interactive dashboard, and schedule fully automated reports so my team can make faster, evidence-based decisions without manual spreadsheet work.

Data & scope
• Source files: multiple CSV/Excel exports, updated regularly, database
• Needed work: cleaning, transforming, combining, and storing the data so refreshes run unattended
• Goal: highlight trends and exceptions that directly inform strategic and day-to-day choices

Preferred stack
Anything that gets the job done efficiently is fine—Python (pandas), Power Query, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent BI tools—provided the refresh process remains one-click or fully scheduled.

Deliverables
1. Reusable data pipeline that pulls the CSV/Excel inputs, applies all transformations, and writes the refreshed dataset to the BI layer.
2. Interactive dashboard showing agreed-upon KPIs, with filters and drill-downs.
3. Automated distribution of weekly and monthly reports (PDF, email, or similar).
4. Brief hand-off document outlining data flow, refresh steps, and how to extend the model.

Acceptance criteria
• Dashboard loads in under five seconds on typical office hardware.
• Data refresh completes without manual intervention.
• All figures on the dashboard reconcile back to the original files.
