Chilean Supermarket Price Comparison Tool

WordPress Automated Price Comparison System – Chile – Fixed Budget US$100

I am looking for an experienced WordPress / PHP / Python / Web Scraping / API Integration developer to create a basic automated supermarket price comparison system for my Chilean website.

Fixed Budget

US$100 TOTAL – ONE-TIME PAYMENT

This is a fixed-price project. I am not looking for a monthly subscription or monthly developer fee. Please apply only if you can complete the initial project within this total budget.

Supermarkets

The first version must compare products from 4 Chilean supermarkets:

1. Jumbo
2. Santa Isabel
3. Unimarc
4. Tottus

What I Need

- Automatic collection of publicly available product prices from the 4 supermarkets.
- Product name.
- Brand.
- Product size/format.
- Current price.
- Regular price and promotional price when available.
- Product image.
- Product URL.
- Supermarket name.
- Price per kg/liter/unit when available.
- Date of last price update.
- Automatic price updates at least once per day.
- Product search function.
- Compare the same or equivalent product between supermarkets.
- Clearly show which supermarket currently has the lowest price.
- Integration into my existing WordPress website.
- Responsive design for desktop and mobile.
- Basic administration/database system.
- The system should continue running automatically after the project is delivered.

If a visitor searches:

Coca-Cola 1.5 L

The website should display something similar to:

Important Requirements

The developer must explain before accepting the project how the price information will be obtained (API, public endpoints, scraping, or another legal/reliable method).

The solution should not require expensive third-party subscriptions unless discussed and approved beforehand.

I require:

- Full source code
- Installation on my WordPress website
- Database/configuration included
- Automated daily updates configured
- No mandatory monthly developer payment
- Full ownership of the developed code delivered to me
- Basic instructions explaining how the system works
- Testing before final delivery

Budget

US$100 fixed price for the complete initial version with the 4 supermarkets.
