Cross-check data against:

Customer records
Internal documentation
Identify and correct:
Duplicate entries
Missing information
Incorrect records
Formatting inconsistencies
Data Cleaning & Maintenance
Clean and standardize datasets using:
Filters
Pivot tables
Formulas
Sorting tools
Maintain consistent formatting and naming conventions
Perform recurring data audits to ensure long-term data integrity
File & Record Organization
Maintain organized digital records across:
Google Drive
SharePoint
Dropbox
Ensure files are:
Properly named
Structured
Version-controlled
Easy to retrieve
Reporting & Cross-Functional Support
Generate daily and weekly operational reports including:
Data update logs
Audit summaries
Transaction tracking reports
Support teams across:
Sales
Finance
HR
Operations
Compliance & Data Integrity
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and customer data
Follow data handling standards aligned with:
GDPR
HIPAA

Internal compliance procedures
