Extract Structured PDF Data to Excel

I have between 11 and 50 PDF documents that all follow the same consistent layout. Each file contains a mix of text fields and numerical figures—invoice numbers, dates, item descriptions, quantities, prices, and totals—that need to be transcribed into a single Excel workbook.

Because the PDFs share an identical structure, the mapping from PDF field to spreadsheet column will stay constant throughout the job. I will supply a sample file and an Excel template so you can see exactly where every value belongs before you begin.

For accuracy, please double-check that:

• every text and numeric value from each page appears in the correct column
• number formats (currency, percentages, dates) match the examples in the template
• no records are skipped or duplicated

Feel free to use any combination of Adobe Acrobat, tabular extraction tools, or Excel’s built-in data import features—whatever lets you move quickly while keeping error rates near zero.

Once finished, return the completed workbook and the brief log noting any anomalies you spotted (e.g., unreadable characters). A fast, clean delivery will lead to additional batches of files that follow the same structure.
