Extract Contacts From Emails

I have a batch of plain-text emails that needs to be mined for contact details. For every message, I want you to pinpoint three data points—name, email address, and phone number—and record them in a clean, well-structured spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets is fine). Accuracy is crucial: each row should correspond to a single individual, with no duplicates or partial captures.

You will receive an archive of the original emails plus a template file. Simply pull the required fields, double-check for typos or formatting issues, and save the completed sheet. When finished, deliver the populated spreadsheet along with a brief note describing any messages that didn’t contain all three items so I can review them easily.

If you’re comfortable parsing text quickly and have a sharp eye for detail, this should be a straightforward task.
