Dark Quirky Wizard Card Game Art

I'm seeking an artist for a quirky, dark-themed wizard card game. There are about 2 dozen packets of work, each containing 9 pieces based on themes like Beasts, Legions, Lackeys, etc.

I'm looking for fantasy art that isn't cartoonish but has a quirky edge. The art should also have elements that are dark and eerie, whimsical and quirky, as well as epic and grand.
