Customer-Centric AI Site Redesign

My AI-powered website is up and running, but its look and flow are still geared toward internal testing rather than real customers. I need a fresh set of eyes to translate the existing workflow into a clean, modern experience—starting with a re-imagined customer dashboard, which is where users spend most of their time and where I see the greatest opportunity for improvement.

What I expect from you:

• Low-fidelity wireframes that map out the Home, Dashboard, AI Tool, Results, History, Profile, Pricing, and Login/Register pages, highlighting smoother navigation and a clearer information hierarchy.
• High-fidelity mock-ups (static image files are fine; no Figma hand-off required) that show desktop and mobile breakpoints, consistent typography, balanced white space, and a professional color palette.
• Thoughtful tweaks to user flow—especially within the dashboard—to make critical tasks (accessing AI tools, reviewing recent results, jumping to other areas) feel intuitive.
• Notes or callouts on responsive behaviour so my dev team can replicate the layout across screen sizes.

You will receive a walkthrough video plus login credentials to the current site as soon as we start. I’m aiming to move quickly—initial wireframes within the first few days and polished visuals shortly after—so availability to begin right away is essential.

Deliverables are considered complete once the full page set is provided in image format, accompanied by concise explanations of interaction states where relevant. If that sounds straightforward, let’s get started.
