Custom Machine Learning Model Development

We are preparing a pipeline of machine learning projects that require extra hands for both model development and quality control. Your day-to-day tasks will revolve around three core responsibilities:

• Data annotation and labeling of raw datasets so they are ready for model consumption
• Model training and tuning in a Python environment (most of our codebase relies on PyTorch and TensorFlow)
• Performance evaluation and reporting, including clear documentation of metrics and recommended next steps

Because these projects feed directly into production systems, I place a high value on precise English communication and the confidence to defend technical decisions during brief stand-ups. Expect a friendly but fast–paced workflow: tickets are logged in Jira, code is pushed through Git, and we review everything in lightweight pull requests.
