GoHighLevel CRM & Sales Automation Integration Specialist

Scottish Energy Saving is looking for an experienced automation/development specialist to help complete and improve our sales and administration system.

We already use GoHighLevel as our main CRM and are building an automated outbound and lead-management system using Apollo, AI/Claude and GHL.

We need someone who can take what we already have and make the whole system work together reliably.

Key requirements include:

GoHighLevel CRM setup and optimisation
Apollo integration and outbound sales workflows
AI/Claude integration where practical
Automatic transfer of qualified leads from Apollo into GHL
Duplicate checking before creating CRM contacts
Lead source and campaign tracking
Pipeline and opportunity automation
Automated follow-up workflows
Appointment booking and calendar integration
Email and SMS automation
Lead qualification and routing
CRM field mapping and clean data structure
AI-assisted reply handling and lead summaries
Internal notifications and task creation
Reporting and sales-performance dashboards
API, webhook, Make, Zapier or n8n integrations where required

Our aim is to create a system where:

Lead generated → qualified → contacted → replied → booked for telephone consultation → added/updated in GHL → followed up → survey/proposal → won/lost

We want as much of the routine process automated as possible while keeping important commercial and technical decisions with our team.

We are not looking for someone to simply install software. We need someone who understands sales processes, CRM architecture and automation, can review our existing setup, identify gaps and implement the working solution.

Experience with GoHighLevel and API/webhook integrations is essential. Apollo and AI integration experience would be a major advantage.
