Custom Excel Data Structuring

I have a set of purely numeric records coming from a database export that now need to live in Excel. The raw file arrives cleanly but the way it is laid out doesn’t match the reporting flow I use, so I’m looking for someone to import the data and reorganize it into a custom structure that I will outline (it differs from a standard flat table or pivot view).

You’ll pull the export directly into Excel, create the new sheet layout, populate the fields, and make sure formulas, named ranges, and formatting all work flawlessly after the reshuffle. Accuracy is critical because the workbook feeds into other models. If you’ve worked with large numeric datasets and are comfortable tailoring sheet designs, this should be straightforward.
