Part-Time Recruitment Specialist Needed

I’m looking for a freelance recruiter who can take charge of our hiring pipeline for a range of HR roles. Every two weeks I’ll need one fresh job ad crafted and published across LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor, followed by timely CV sorting and first-round interviews.

To keep things simple, here’s what I expect from you:

• Draft and post compelling ads (1 per week) on LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor
• Review incoming applications daily, short-listing only the strongest fits
• Conduct concise primary interviews, recording notes and recommendations
• Deliver a weekly report with ad links, shortlist summaries, and next-step suggestions

You should already be comfortable navigating these three platforms and confident running structured screening or voice calls. If you can commit to consistent weekly output and clear communication, I’d love to work together.
