Curvy Activewear Design

I’m developing a small activewear capsule for curvy women and fuller busts and need an experienced designer to take it from concept to factory-ready tech packs. The first sample I’d like you to tackle is a supportive sports bra that offers low-impact comfort for yoga and walking, sized D to H cups. Once that core piece is nailed, we’ll move on to a wrap top with an integrated bra and matching high-waisted leggings in the same palette of espresso, mocha and cream.

The look I’m after is minimal, elegant and unmistakably feminine, yet every detail must serve fit and function—think strategic seaming, wide under-bust bands, and buttery, sweat-wicking fabrics with great stretch return. Inclusive sizing expertise and a track record in fuller-bust activewear are non-negotiable.

Deliverables

• Front & back technical flats (vector) with call-outs
• Fabric & trim recommendations, incl. GSM and composition
• Complete tech packs with graded measurements, construction notes and BOM, ready for manufacturers
• Estimated material yield for initial sampling
