The data must be verified—bounce-free emails, active websites, and numbers that connect to the main office or the contact’s direct line. Feel free to tap LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Hunter.io, Apollo, or similar tools as long as the final sheet is reliable and ready for immediate outreach.
