Cross-Domain URL Indexer/API Creation

Title: Need Developer to Build Cross-Domain URL Indexing Tool / API

I need an experienced developer to build a cross-domain URL indexing/submission tool, similar in concept to RocketIndexer.

Main Requirement

The tool must allow me to submit URLs from different websites/domains.

For example, from one dashboard/API I should be able to submit:

https://website4.com/article-4

The indexing tool itself may be hosted on a completely different domain.

Important

The submitted URL will not necessarily belong to the same domain where the indexing tool is hosted.

Example:

Submitted URLs:

This cross-domain functionality is a mandatory requirement.

The solution should use legitimate search-engine-supported APIs/protocols wherever available. The developer must clearly explain which search engines can actually be supported and what limitations apply.
