I need a single, cohesive platform that covers our entire workflow as a specialty deck-building company—from the first phone call right through to the final invoice and 3D render. The build should be web-based (mobile-friendly), modular, and ready to scale as our team grows.

CRM MODULE
• Customer database management that keeps every contact, note, file, and photo tied to a household or commercial site.
• Lead tracking and follow-up with automated reminders, pipeline stages, and email/SMS touchpoints.
• Sales reporting and analytics that break down close rates, average deal size, and marketing source ROI at a glance.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT MODULE
• Project scheduling and tracking with a drag-and-drop Gantt or calendar view, task dependencies, and change-order logging.
• Resource allocation and management so crews, equipment, and materials are booked without double-ups.
• Budget and expense tracking that compares estimated vs. actual costs in real time and pushes data to QuickBooks or Xero.

DECK DESIGN MODULE
• 3D modeling and visualization that lets us place a deck onto a photo or lot plan and spin it interactively for clients.
• Material cost estimation that auto-updates as dimensions change, pulling live lumber and hardware prices via API when possible.
• Blueprint and layout creation that produces permit-ready PDFs with footing locations, beam spans, and hardware callouts.

Technology is flexible, but I’m leaning toward a modern JavaScript stack (React/Vue front-end, Node.js or Django back-end) with a PostgreSQL database and REST/GraphQL API so we can eventually integrate with Zapier, Slack, and our accounting software.

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
1. A working SaaS-style MVP deployed to a cloud host (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with separate environments for staging and production.
2. Source code in a private Git repo with clear README and setup scripts.
3. User roles: admin, sales, project manager, design technician, and client portal login.
4. Demonstration data loaded so we can run end-to-end tests: create a lead, convert to project, design deck, schedule crew, track costs, and generate a sales report.
5. Fully responsive UI and cross-browser compatibility (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox latest versions).

Please outline your proposed tech stack, timeline, and any similar projects you’ve shipped. If you already have a deck-design engine or CRM framework that can be customized, highlight that—speed to market matters.
