WordPress Developer for Booking Service Catalog

I need a WordPress developer to add a services catalog with online booking to my existing site.

Scope:

A catalog of services (image, title, description, price/duration), styled to match my existing design
Online booking: customers pick a service, date and time, see available slots and book
No online payment — customers pay in person
Confirmation emails to the customer and to me
Add a few sample services and a short guide (with screenshots) on adding more
Works well on mobile

Working conditions:

All work done on a LOCAL copy of the site (Local WP or XAMPP) from a .zip backup I provide
No access to the live site, hosting or WordPress admin; nothing uploaded to any public or staging server
Before I award the project, please import the backup locally and send screenshots of the site and dashboard with the local address visible
No design changes to the rest of the site
Communication and payment through Freelancer.com only

Please state your fixed price, delivery time and number of revisions.
