Creative Web Designer with solid web design ui/ux skills (Don't place generic web devs!)

Hello, I need creative web designer who has solid web design ui/ux skills and can redesign and build my website based on my liking with your solid creativity. Website must be mobile responsive, SEO friendly, fast loading and most importantly very attractive, no AI slop designs and no use of AI. I have multiple websites and need total 12+ pages built on each site.

Budget: 30$/Page , Timeline: Done urgently by tomorrow or within 2 days each page

Note: Please don't place generic Elementor or wordpress developer, only creative web designer ui/ux, figma, elementor expert.
