Website Developer Needed to Rebuild Mecella Co. as a Free Poetry Community

I’m looking for a developer to remodel Mecella Co. into a welcoming website where emerging poets can share their work and find readers.

The idea is simple: anyone should be able to become a poet on Mecella Co. A visitor can create a free account, set up a public poet profile, and publish poems on their own page. Readers can discover poets and explore their work without paying. Poets will never have to pay to join or submit their writing, and Mecella Co. will not charge readers to access it.
