Creative Content Creator & Graphic Designer | Furniture & Interior Design | 3-Month Project
Project Type: Freelance / Project-Based
Duration: 3 Months Initial Trial
Deliverables: 15 Completed Posts per Month (45 Posts Total)
Nationality: ARAB
1. PROJECT OVERVIEW
We seeks a research-driven freelancer to own our educational and editorial content, from ideas and research to Arabic copywriting, storytelling, design, and final delivery.
We need original ideas turned into compelling, informative, beautifully designed posts.
All posts must align with our brand identity and tone. This 3-month trial may lead to ongoing collaboration.
This is not a social media management role or design-only assignment. We need end-to-end creative ownership.
2. CONTENT FOCUS
The primary focus is furniture, followed by interior design fundamentals and practical applications, explained simply and engagingly.
Most content will fall into three categories:
A. Aesthetic & Design-Oriented Content
* Furniture styling, proportions, and design choices.
* How to combine furniture pieces, colors, textures, and materials.
* Visual balance, harmony, layouts, and interior design basics.
* Common styling mistakes and tasteful design recommendations.
B. Technical & Educational Content
* Pros and cons of different sofa upholstery materials.
* How to select dining table dimensions based on the number of chairs.
* Comparisons of materials, finishes, construction, and durability.
* Furniture dimensions, functionality, and practical considerations.
* Interior design principles explained in simple, relatable language.
C. Problems & Solutions
* Common problems when selecting or arranging furniture.
* Practical solutions for rooms of different sizes and layouts.
* Material selection, maintenance, and long-term usability.
* Furniture purchasing mistakes and how to avoid them.
These are examples, not a fixed calendar. Proposing fresh, relevant topics is essential; generic promotional posts are not the goal.
3. WORKFLOW & APPROVAL PROCESS
The freelancer owns all four stages, with our approval required between stages.
Stage 1 - Research & Idea Generation
* Independently research engaging topics related to furniture and interiors.
* Propose varied ideas across aesthetic, technical, and problem-solving themes.
* Present a shortlist of ideas for our feedback and selection.
* Refine the approved topics according to our creative direction.
Stage 2 - Research, Writing & Storyboarding
* Research approved topics thoroughly and verify technical claims.
* Develop the narrative, key messages, and full content structure.
* Write accurate, engaging copy in authentic Kuwaiti Arabic.
* Decide how the story should unfold across slides, graphics, photos, or video.
* Submit the written script/copy, storyboard, and proposed visual direction for approval before design begins.
Stage 3 - Graphic Design & Production
* Turn approved concepts into complete, professionally designed posts.
* Create original editorial layouts, readable graphics, and strong Arabic typography.
* Research and source suitable images, demonstrations, and video references.
* Combine photography, text, video clips, illustrations, and motion when the topic calls for them.
* Keep every execution aligned with Studio KONO’s brand standards.
* Submit designed content for our review of visual quality, taste, wording, and accuracy.
Stage 4 - Revisions & Final Delivery
* Implement feedback on design, writing, accuracy, and presentation.
* Complete agreed revisions and obtain final approval.
* Supply ready-to-publish assets in the requested formats and dimensions.
We expect initiative and clear communication throughout.
4. DELIVERABLES & CONTENT FORMATS
15 completed posts per month; 45 completed posts across the initial 3-month project.
A “post” is one complete publication, not necessarily a single slide or image. Depending on the topic and its depth, it might be:
* One thoughtfully designed image.
* A multi-slide educational carousel.
* Text and graphic design supported by photos or references.
* A carousel combining images, video clips, and graphic elements.
* A video-based educational explanation or visual demonstration.
* An animation or motion-graphics piece when appropriate.
The freelancer should recommend the format and slide count for each topic. Clarity and quality matter more than unnecessary complexity.
Monthly scope includes research, ideas, Kuwaiti Arabic writing, visual sourcing, design, necessary media editing, revisions, and final assets. Quote optional original video shoots separately.
5. BRAND IDENTITY & CREATIVE DIRECTION - ESSENTIAL
Every post must unmistakably feel like Studio KONO. Follow our positioning, aesthetics, colors, typography, graphic style, and writing tone; no generic templates.
Aim for clean, refined, sophisticated work that stays recognizable without becoming repetitive.
Creative experimentation in layouts, colors, media, and storytelling is welcome, even outside typical guidelines, when intentional, tasteful, and suited to our positioning.
Breaking the pattern is acceptable. Compromising the brand’s identity, aesthetic, or perceived quality is not.
Bring fresh ideas without imposing an unrelated style. Align graphics, writing, and video with our identity.
6. LANGUAGE & LOCAL AUDIENCE - ESSENTIAL
* Native Arabic speaker with an Arab cultural background.
* Strong familiarity with Kuwaiti culture, expressions, and communication style.
* Ability to write natural, authentic Kuwaiti Arabic, not formal translations or generic Gulf dialect.
* Excellent Arabic grammar, copywriting, and storytelling abilities.
* Clear, engaging explanations that simplify technical topics without sacrificing accuracy.
* Writing that remains consistent with Studio KONO’s brand personality and tone.
The writing must sound genuinely local, not like generic captions or automated text.
7. REQUIRED SKILLS & AI POLICY
The ideal freelancer has:
* Strong independent research, ideation, and fact-checking skills.
* Excellent Kuwaiti Arabic copywriting and visual storytelling.
* Professional editorial graphic design and Arabic typography.
* The ability to simplify complex subjects into accessible information graphics.
* Good judgment when combining written information, photography, and video.
* A strong sense of composition, hierarchy, spacing, and visual consistency.
* The discipline to produce high-quality work month after month.
* Good communication, responsiveness to feedback, and deadline management.
* The ability to manage research, writing, design, and delivery without daily instructions.
AI must NOT be the primary method of writing, researching, generating visuals, or designing the posts. Research, copy, and design must be human-led. AI can assist occasionally, but generic AI-written text and AI-generated designs must not form the content’s foundation.
8. BONUS SKILLS (NOT MANDATORY)
Furniture & Interior Expertise
* Knowledge of furniture materials, finishes, construction, ergonomics, and interior design basics.
* Past experience with furniture, architecture, interior design, or home-lifestyle brands.
Illustration & Animation
* Cartoon-style scenarios, illustrated narratives, or character-based educational storytelling.
* 2D animation, motion graphics, or creative explainers.
Original Video Production
* Planning, directing, filming, and editing original footage.
* Creating practical demonstrations or real-world examples for educational topics.
Original filming is a strong plus, not a requirement. State your location and filming capabilities.
9. VISUAL REFERENCES
We appreciate clean, modern, carefully composed editorial content with strong Arabic typography and engaging visual explanations. References for writing/design style:

10. WHAT MATTERS MOST

* Research: reliable information, sound reasoning, and useful explanations.
* Execution: carefully written and beautifully designed finished posts.
* Brand sensitivity: freshness and experimentation without losing our identity.
* Consistency: the same high standards across all 15 monthly posts.
* Ownership: independent management of the process from idea to delivery.
* Reliability: deadlines, clear updates, attention to feedback, and follow-through.
We value initiative, not passive execution.
11. PROJECT TERM & EVALUATION
This 3-month trial may be extended. Evaluation covers ideas, research, accuracy, Kuwaiti Arabic, creative quality, brand alignment, deadlines, and communication.
12. HOW TO APPLY

3. Relevant experience in furniture, interiors, lifestyle, or educational content.
4. Video production, animation, or motion samples, if available.

6. Your MONTHLY fee for 15 finished posts, including research, writing, design, sourcing, revisions, and final delivery. Identify any exclusions or separately priced video shoots.
7. Your availability and ability to commit for all 3 months.
Include one sample topic you would propose for Studio KONO, with an outline. Any sourced photographs or footage must have commercial usage rights.
Please explain which stages you handle personally and whether you work alone or with a team. We are seeking a creative content partner who can research, think, write, design, and execute with strong taste and consistent attention to detail.
