CPA Needed for Missouri Psychiatry Practice (Ongoing Bookkeeping + Tax)

Hello,
My name is Jodie Shipley, DNP, PMHNP-BC. I own Community and Long-Term Care Psychiatry, LLC, a psychiatric-mental health practice based in St. Louis, Missouri (missouripsychiatry.com).
Our practice provides outpatient psychiatry, long-term care services, detox/MAT, cognitive screening, and clinical trials. As we continue to grow, I’m looking for a dependable CPA to take full ownership of our accounting and tax needs on an ongoing basis.
I’m seeking someone who can handle the complete financial picture: monthly bookkeeping, bank and credit card reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, payroll coordination, quarterly estimated taxes, and year-end tax preparation (both business and personal). Experience with QuickBooks Online is preferred, and familiarity with healthcare or medical practices is a strong plus.
The ideal CPA will be licensed, organized, responsive, and comfortable working remotely with a Missouri-based practice. Knowledge of LLC taxation and healthcare-specific deductions is important.
This is a long-term partnership, not a one-time project. A monthly retainer arrangement is preferred. I’m ready to get started as soon as the right person is in place.
