CMA Bookkeeper for Snack Hive

Snack Hive’s transaction volume is growing and I want a Certified Management Accountant to keep our books clean and audit-ready. Your primary focus will be monthly and year-end financial reporting prepared inside Wave. This means reconciling every bank, credit-card, and payment-processor feed, maintaining an orderly chart of accounts, and delivering management-friendly profit-and-loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow statements by the 10th of each month.

I still run payroll and customer invoicing in-house for now, yet clear reporting depends on accurate mappings, so some light guidance there is welcome. All source documents—bank statements, receipts, and supplier invoices—will be available in a shared Drive folder and should be matched and attached to the corresponding entries in Wave.

Deliverables
• Wave file kept fully reconciled each month
• PDF package of P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow with brief variance notes
• Year-end closing entries and a hand-off summary that lets an external tax CPA pick up seamlessly

Acceptance will be based on zero unreconciled transactions, up-to-date supporting documents, and reports matching Wave’s internal balances.
