Cotton Shirt Sewing Production

I have a set of ready-to-go shirt designs and full pattern files; what I need now is an experienced sewer or small production unit that can turn those plans into beautifully finished cotton shirts. All pieces will be 100 % cotton—no blends—so you should already feel confident working with this fabric’s tendency to shrink and its need for crisp, even stitching.

I will supply:
• digital patterns in PDF and DXF
• size specs (XS-XXL) and measurement charts
• reference photos for construction details such as plackets, collars, and cuffs
• fabric and notions shipped to you in advance

You will cut, sew, and press each garment to match the measurements precisely, perform basic quality checks, and return the completed shirts ready for packing. A short video or photo log of your process is preferred so I can follow progress remotely.

Please let me know your typical production timeline per batch, the machines you work on (lockstitch, overlock, button-hole, etc.), and whether you can create one test sample before full run.
