I need a sleek, responsive website that positions my real-estate development firm as a trusted, forward-thinking company. The site’s main role is to give visitors clear information about who we are—our vision, team, track record, and the services we deliver—rather than acting as a full property portal.
Scope of work
• Design a modern, mobile-first interface that reflects a high-end, architectural aesthetic.
• Build core pages: Home, About Us, Portfolio/Projects, Services, News/Insights (optional), and Contact with a map and enquiry form.
• Develop on a user-friendly CMS (WordPress preferred, but I’m open to Webflow or a custom stack) so my team can edit copy, images, and add new projects without touching code.
• Optimise load speed, basic on-page SEO, and accessibility; aim for Lighthouse scores of 90+ across the board.
• Hand over all design assets, source files, and a short video or PDF guide showing how to update content.
Additional requirements:
• Use the provided sample website design as inspiration and improve upon it.
• Edit property photos as needed to align with the website’s design theme.
• Assist in creating text content for the website.
Acceptance criteria
– Site renders flawlessly on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, and current iOS/Android devices.
– Each main page is editable through the CMS’s visual editor.
– Contact form sends to a specified company email and stores entries in the backend.
– Final deployment to my chosen host with SSL configured.
When you reply, please include links to past work that shows corporate or real-estate design sensibilities; polished UX and strong imagery are key factors in my decision. I’m aiming to move quickly once I find the right fit, so outline your estimated timeline and any questions you need answered to start.
