Copying existing ADU Floor Plans in Chief Architect

I need my existing residential drawings rebuilt faithfully in Chief Architect, preferably in version X17. I require the full drawing set reproduced:

• Floor plans for each level
• Mechanical layouts (HVAC and plumbing runs)
• Electrical layouts with circuits and panel schedule
• 1-3 elevation views showing all façade details
• Furnished interior

Source material will arrive as PDF scans; dimensions and notes are already marked. Your task is to replicate every line, layer and annotation so the new .plan file mirrors the originals, keeping room names, ceiling heights, symbols and sheet titles intact. Accuracy to the stated dimensions is critical; tolerances should stay within 1/8".

Please return:
1. The native Chief Architect .plan file (X17 format if possible)
2. A PDF set plotted at 1/4" = 1'-0" for quick print review
3. Any custom library items you create

Let me know early if you spot missing information—I can supply field photos and spec sheets. I’ll review the first-floor plan as a checkpoint before you move on to the upper floors, then do a final pass once the mechanical, electrical and elevations are complete.
