Copy Typing - Data Entry

I have a batch of text-only records that has to be re-typed into Excel while keeping the existing multi-column layout intact. The source material is not in a usable spreadsheet, so I need every line transferred manually, checked for spelling, and aligned with the original column order.

I am uncertain whether any of the current column headings must stay exactly as they are; please keep whatever headings you find and flag anything that looks ambiguous so I can confirm. Accuracy matters more than speed—mismatched rows or shifted columns will break later processing—so double-checking your work before delivery is essential.

The final hand-off is a clean .xlsx file that mirrors the source content column by column, ready for me to run formulas and filters without further fixes.
