Event Branding Design Requirement

We need a designer to create 4 coordinated event branding designs based on a single visual theme.

Designs Required

1. Center Backdrop

* **Size:** 10 ft × 8 ft
* This will be the **main/hero backdrop** of the event.
* It should carry the strongest visual identity of the event.

### 2. Left Side Backdrop

* **Size:** 3 ft × 7 ft
* This will be placed beside the main center backdrop.
* It should visually connect with the center backdrop.

### 3. Right Side Backdrop

* **Size:** 3 ft × 7 ft
* This will be placed beside the main center backdrop.
* It should visually connect with the center backdrop.

### 4. Photobooth Banner

* **Size:** 6 ft × 7 ft
* The design should be suitable as a photo background.
* Keep the main visual elements positioned so they do not get covered by people standing in front of it.

## Overall Theme

**Color Theme:** Red + Black + White

The overall look should be:

* Bold
* Modern
* Premium
* High-impact
* Event-focused

All four designs should feel like **one complete branding system**, rather than four unrelated designs.

## Design Direction

* The center backdrop should be the primary design.
* The left and right backdrops should complement and extend the center backdrop.
* The photobooth should use the same visual language, colors, typography and branding.
* Maintain strong visual consistency across all four pieces.
* Avoid overcrowding the designs.
* Ensure text and important branding remain clearly visible from a distance.
* Designs should work well both **in person and in event photographs**.

## Final Deliverables

The designer should provide:

1. **Print-ready files** for all 4 designs.
2. **Editable source files** for future modifications.
3. Designs at the exact required dimensions.
4. Proper bleed/safe area according to the printing vendor's requirements.
5. High-resolution output suitable for large-format printing.

**Left:** 3 × 7 ft
**Right:** 3 × 7 ft
**Photobooth:** 6 × 7 ft

**Important:** The designer should not create four completely different concepts. The four designs must look like a **single, professionally coordinated event setup**.
