Bold Monochrome Snapback Embroidery Design

I need a crisp, embroidery-ready wordmark for the front panel of a snapback. The lettering must be bold and blocky so it reads clearly from a distance, and the entire mark should sit in a single monochrome thread run—no gradients or multi-color passes.
The phrase is final; what’s missing is the artwork prepared specifically for machine embroidery. Proper pull-compensation, clean underlay, and stitch directions that prevent puckering on the curved cap surface are essential. Feel free to suggest the ideal height and stitch type so the design keeps its sharp edges once stitched.
Deliverables
• Scalable vector master (AI or SVG)
• Digitized embroidery file ready for mainstream machines (DST or PES)
• A quick visual mock-up on a cap for approval
I’ll sign off once the stitch simulation shows no thread breaks and the final sew-out holds its shape on twill.
