Convert Sketch Into Residential Plans

I have a hand-drawn floor-plan sketch and a reference photo of the house I’d like to build. I need those ideas translated into clear, accurate residential building plans that show only the essentials: room layout, exterior footprint, key dimensions, window and door placements, and overall measurements. No structural calculations, framing schedules, or interior fit-outs are required at this stage—just a clean, scaled drawing I can share with my local builder and planning office.

You will receive:
• A scanned copy of my rough draft (PDF/JPEG).
• The exterior photo that guides the look and proportions.

You will deliver:
• A dimensioned floor plan and matching roof outline in PDF.
• The editable source file (DWG, DXF, or similar) so revisions can be made later.
• A simple front elevation that mirrors the reference photo’s style, enough for visual context.

Accuracy of measurements and a tidy, professional layout are the key acceptance criteria. I’m happy to answer quick questions as you work and can provide any missing measurements promptly.

The roof line is 12' in the front with a single slope to the back to 8' the back right corner of the sketch is a greenhouse with windows wrapping as show on sketch.
