Convert Scanned Text to Word

I have a set of scanned pages that contain text only—no images or complex layouts. I simply need every word re-typed into individual Microsoft Word files, keeping to standard formatting (default margins, 11- or 12-pt font, single line spacing). Accuracy is far more important than speed; I will be cross-checking the final documents against the scans.

Deliverable:
• Clean, error-free Word documents that mirror the original text and follow the standard Word defaults.
