Convert Scanned PDFs to Excel

I need all information contained in a set of scanned PDF files moved into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. The pages include paragraphs, tables and assorted numeric fields, so both text and figures must be captured exactly as they appear.

The scans are image-only, which means you may use OCR, but every entry must still be double-checked manually—I will be running calculations on the sheet and cannot afford transcription errors. Please keep the original order of items, respect headings and sub-headings, and maintain number formats (dates, currency, percentages, plain numbers) so that formulas work straight away.

Deliverable
• One .xlsx file with all mixed-content data from the PDFs, formatted consistently and ready for immediate use.
