I have a PDF filled with financial-data tables that I need converted into fully editable formats—Word for documentation and Excel for analysis. Accuracy is crucial: every figure, column, and row must match the source exactly, and the original borders and shading that help readers follow the numbers need to appear the same way in the new files.
You may use any reliable tool—Adobe Acrobat, Able2Extract, or a custom script—as long as the end result opens cleanly in Microsoft 365 without broken cell alignment or lost formatting. I am expecting two deliverables:
• a Word document that mirrors the PDF layout and preserves all table styling, and
• an Excel workbook with each table on its own sheet, ready for formulas and pivot-table work.
Before final hand-off, spot-check totals and verify that currency symbols and shaded header rows display exactly as in the PDF. If something cannot be replicated, let me know upfront so we can agree on a practical workaround.
