Contextual Image & Text Overlays

I have a set of head-filmed videos where I talk viewers through different topics, and I want matching images and short text phrases to appear right when each item is mentioned. The images need to sit as semi-transparent overlays—never blocking the action—while the text follows a simple, clean style that stays readable on both large and small screens.

You’ll receive the raw MP4 files, a spoken-word transcript, and any images I already have. Your job is to:

• Sync images and concise text to the exact moments they are referenced
• Source or crop any additional royalty-free visuals when my material is missing
• Keep typography consistent: light sans-serif, modest sizing, gentle fade-in/out
• Export the finished videos in the original resolution and frame rate
• Provide the editable project file (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve) with linked assets
• Include a simple time-coded index of every overlay used

Audio remains untouched aside from level matching, and no background replacement, split-screen, or heavy motion graphics are needed.

I’ll review the first minute as an initial checkpoint; once we lock that look and timing, the rest of the footage can be completed in the same style.
