Modern Living & Bedroom Layout

I’m redesigning two key spaces in my home—the living room and the primary bedroom—and I need a cohesive interior layout that reflects two distinct vibes: a clean, Modern look for the living area and a warm yet sleek Contemporary feel for the bedroom. I will share the existing floor plans, room dimensions, and a few reference photos as soon as we start.

For the living room, I want furniture placement, circulation paths, and lighting to emphasise openness and uncluttered lines. Think smart storage, a balanced focal wall, and a palette that leans on neutral tones with one bold accent.

In the bedroom, I’m after layered textures and a calm colour scheme that still feels current. The layout should maximise natural light, create a comfortable reading corner, and allow for integrated wardrobe solutions without crowding the space.

Deliverables I need:
• Scaled floor plan for each room showing furniture placement
• 3-D visualisations or realistic renderings that illustrate materials, colours, and lighting
• A concise spec sheet listing suggested furniture, finishes, and key décor items

I’m open to your preferred design software—AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar—so long as the final files are editable and accompanied by high-resolution exports for easy review. Please include an estimated turnaround and any past work that highlights Modern or Contemporary interiors; that will help me gauge fit and timeline quickly.
