Construction Workforce Management App

I need a single, streamlined application built specifically for the construction sector that lets me handle the entire worker life-cycle in one place. Within the same interface I want to:

• Post openings, vet applicants and hire them.
• Run payroll automatically once workers are approved, with clear wage calculations and payment history.
• Capture daily attendance through GPS-based check-ins so I always know who was on-site and for how long.
• Accumulate each employee’s days on the job to build an experience profile, then turn that data into easy-to-read statistics and charts for project managers, clients and auditors.

A clean, mobile-first UI is important because most supervisors will use phones on site. The back-end should be robust enough to support future add-ons (for example safety compliance forms) but the first milestone is the core feature set above.

Acceptance criteria
1. Working Android/iOS builds plus a small web admin dashboard.
2. Secure GPS attendance module with tamper detection.
3. Payroll engine that exports to Excel and PDFs.
4. Experience stats and visual reports that update in real time.
5. Source code and deployment guide at hand-off.
