Hello,
We are requesting a quotation for SEO strategy and implementation support for eloquio (https://eloquio.ai), an instructor-led language learning platform. Instructors create and manage courses and lessons, invite students, and can offer courses through a public catalog.
Our primary acquisition goal is qualified language instructors who sign up and begin creating courses. A secondary opportunity is helping prospective students discover relevant public courses and instructor profiles as the catalog grows. The public experience supports English, Spanish, Arabic, French, German, and Portuguese. We would like you to recommend which search markets and languages to prioritize based on opportunity and effort.
Please quote the following as two separate engagements.
A. Initial audit and strategy project — fixed price
1. Discovery and baseline: Review the product, target instructor segments, relevant competitors, existing public pages, and available Search Console and analytics data. Record the starting position for organic visibility and instructor conversions.
2. Technical SEO audit: Assess crawlability, indexing, JavaScript rendering, page content visible to search engines, internal linking, XML sitemaps, robots directives, canonical URLs, redirects, error pages, and page performance. Include representative landing, catalog, public course, and public instructor profile URLs. Identify which public pages should be indexed and which should be excluded.
3. Multilingual review: Assess how the six languages are presented to search engines, including URLs, localized content, canonicalization, and `hreflang` where applicable. Recommend a phased approach; do not assume every page needs content in all six languages immediately.
4. Search and competitor research: Identify instructor search topics by intent and commercial relevance. Map priority topics to existing or proposed pages. Include a separate, proportionate assessment of student searches for public courses.
5. Content and conversion plan: Recommend priority landing pages and useful content topics, with briefs for the first three pages or articles. Review the path from an organic visit to an instructor signup or Founding Instructor application.
6. Implementation roadmap: Deliver a prioritized list of specific changes, affected URLs or page templates, expected benefit, estimated effort, implementation owner, and a method for checking each completed change. Include a walkthrough meeting.
Please state separately whether your fixed price includes implementing changes. If it does, describe which changes your team would make. If it does not, provide developer-ready specifications and an optional implementation price. Site changes must be reviewed and approved before release.
B. Optional ongoing support — monthly price
Propose a monthly scope for implementing the roadmap, improving priority pages, creating or reviewing content, monitoring technical issues, and reporting results. Specify the number and type of deliverables, who produces and approves content, who performs technical changes, and any minimum contract term.
The main measures of success should be relevant non-branded search visibility, organic visits to priority instructor pages, qualified instructor applications or signups, and, where measurable, instructors who begin creating a course. Please explain how you would set up or verify that measurement. Keyword rankings may be included as supporting data.
Off-page work: Please do not include bulk backlinks, social bookmarking, classified submissions, blog-comment links, forum-profile links, or directory submissions as standard deliverables. If you recommend outreach or digital PR, explain the editorial value, likely publications or communities, approval process, and how placements will be reported. We do not want a guaranteed number of backlinks.
Please include in your quotation:
* An itemized fixed price for A and monthly price for B, with payment milestones.
* Timeline and deliverables for the initial project; monthly deliverables and proposed review cadence for ongoing work.
* What is included and excluded for development, copywriting, translation, tools, and any third-party costs.
* The names and roles of the people who would do the work, including the technical SEO lead.
* Two relevant examples of work on a SaaS product, marketplace, multilingual site, or JavaScript-based website.
* A sample audit finding or roadmap item showing the level of detail your team delivers.
* The access you would need during discovery. We can discuss appropriate read-only access for the audit; implementation access would be arranged separately.
Please tell us if you believe any part of this scope should change, and explain why in your proposal.
Thank you,
Aladdin
