Comprehensive School Management System

I need a single, unified application that lets our school run daily operations from one place and on every screen our community uses. The core modules must cover:

• Student Information System – enrolment data, profiles, contact details, document storage
• Attendance Tracking – period-by-period marking, bulk imports, real-time dashboards, push or email alerts for absentees
• Grade Management – custom grading scales, term reports, teacher comments, printable transcripts

Role-based access is essential. Administrators manage school-wide settings and reports, teachers handle the classes they are assigned, and students view only their own records and progress.

Cross-platform delivery is non-negotiable: a responsive web app plus native iOS and Android builds compiled from the same codebase. If you prefer Flutter, React Native, or another framework that meets store-submission standards, let me know; I’m open to your expert recommendation as long as the experience is smooth and consistent everywhere.

Security (encrypted data at rest and in transit), an intuitive UI, and comprehensive documentation for deployment and ongoing maintenance all form part of the definition of done. Hand-over will include:

• Source code in a private repo
• Step-by-step setup guide for server and mobile stores
• A short video walkthrough of main functions
