Mobile Banking App Development

We are a licensed financial institution operating across West Africa and I want to purchase a complete, production-ready Flutter codebase that can become our official mobile banking application. The same code should compile cleanly for both iOS and Android without forks or feature gaps.

Core user flow
• Sign up and sign in strictly through phone number + one-time-password (no email/password fallback).
• Fully authenticated users must be able to:
– view real-time account balance,
– deposit funds,
– withdraw funds,
– transfer funds to another in-app user, and
– convert balances between multiple currencies in-app.

• USD
• EUR
• XOF (CFA Franc)
• UGX (Ugandan Shilling)
• ZAR (South African Rand)
• KES (Kenyan Shilling)
• AED (UAE Dirham)

Technical expectations
The project must be written in pure Dart/Flutter, follow clean architecture, and include clear API stubs or service classes so our backend team can wire up existing banking APIs. State management is up to you (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc are all acceptable) but it has to be consistent throughout the codebase.

Deliverables
1. Complete Flutter source code & assets.
2. README with build/run instructions plus environment variable map for API keys and endpoints.
3. Sample unit tests covering at least authentication, transfer, and conversion logic.

Acceptance criteria
The code must build and run on the latest stable Flutter channel, pass the included tests, and demonstrate every feature above in a connected simulator/emulator. Once verified, we will finalise purchase of the entire IP with no further licensing fees.
