I’m ready to place the entire day-to-day HR function of my company in experienced hands so I can focus on growth. The scope is end-to-end and includes payroll, recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and formal SOP development for every new employee profile we create.
Payroll
You will take full ownership of salary calculations and benefits administration, ensuring each run is error-free and compliant with local regulations. I already use a cloud payroll platform, so familiarity with leading HRIS/payroll systems is important.
Recruitment & Onboarding
From writing engaging job posts and managing ads to screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates, I need you to manage the funnel. Once a hire is made, you will guide them through orientation and initial training, setting measurable goals and making sure all paperwork is completed inside our ATS and digital signing tools. Think of it as total lifecycle management for every new employee.
Performance Evaluation
After onboarding, you’ll schedule and administer regular performance reviews, track KPIs, and feed actionable insights back to management. I value data-driven reporting, so comfort with dashboards or HR analytics is a plus.
SOP Creation
For each HR process—especially new-hire creation—draft clear, repeatable standard operating procedures so future scaling is seamless.
Deliverables
• Automated payroll schedule with proof of successful salary and benefits runs
• Filled vacancies with documented interview feedback and signed contracts
• Completed 30/60/90-day onboarding checklists for each hire
• First round of performance review reports with recommendations
• A compiled SOP manual covering the above processes
Acceptance criteria: accuracy in payroll, zero compliance issues, all roles filled within agreed timelines, and SOPs clear enough that a new HR assistant could follow them unaided.
