Complete CAD Models From Technical Drawings

I need to complete a project that was not done correctly. I have the PDF technical drawings, which should be used as the reference for the final design.

The required deliverables are:

* Editable native CAD files.
* Complete 3D models in STEP format (.step or .stp).

Some STEP work has already been done, but it is incomplete. I need the existing STEP model to be compared against the PDF drawings to identify exactly what is missing, unfinished, or incorrect. Any missing components, features, geometry, dimensions, or other details specified in the drawings must be completed or corrected. The CAD files also need to be created or corrected to match the final 3D models and the PDF specifications.

I can provide both the PDF and the existing STEP files so the remaining work can be assessed.

It’s not urgent, and I’m flexible with the timeline as long as the work can be completed within a reasonable timeframe.
