I’m taking a new residential build in Tasmania from rough sketches to council submission and need an Autodesk Revit specialist to steer the documentation. The task begins with turning my hand-drawn concepts into a clean Revit model, then producing a Development Application set, and finally expanding that same model into a fully detailed Building Application package.

Because the project will be assessed under Tasmanian regulations, you’ll need a working grasp of local council requirements as well as the wider NCC/BCA framework. I’m looking for someone who already handles Australian residential projects on a daily basis, so on-the-ground experience and an Australian base are essential for terminology, units, and time-zone communication.

Key expectations
• Revit-native workflow only— imports from other CAD platforms can be used
• DA drawings must satisfy Tasmania submission checklists (site plan, floor plans, elevations, shadow diagrams, etc.)
• BA set to follow NCC/BCA clauses for structure, energy, accessibility, and bushfire where relevant
• Clear modelling standards: Australian annotation styles, correct families, view templates, and sheets that pass a Revit audit with zero unresolved warnings

Deliverables
1. Revit (.rvt) model built from sketches
2. PDF + DWG DA drawings ready for council lodgement
3. Updated, detailed BA package (plans, sections, schedules, construction details) ready for the certifier

I’ll supply sketches, survey, and any existing reports. Let me know your turnaround for the DA stage, how you prefer to handle mark-ups, and examples of past Tasmanian or NCC-compliant work.
