I’m looking for a qualified UK accountant to finalise and file my limited-company accounts and Corporation Tax return. It’s a single-director company, and while I do have a good portion of the income and expense data entered, the records still need tidying before they are submission-ready.
Here’s what I need done:
• Review the existing bookkeeping, spot any gaps or mis-codings, and bring everything into proper order for the financial year.
• Prepare statutory accounts that meet Companies House requirements.
• Complete and file the CT600 with HMRC, ensuring all allowable reliefs are captured.
• Provide a brief post-filing summary so I understand the figures and any points to watch for the next period.
The original accountant has had to retire due to health reasons, the company was trading upto December 2025, and has the PAYE for the director all stored in Quickbooks online, all transaction are via Barclays Bank, no cash transactions, no taxes are owed but I'm closing this company down now, hence final accounts need to be filed, turnover was approx. £40,000
